Thank you for your interest in our oxidized sterling silver jewelry! Oxidation is a patina applied to the surface of the metal to create a rich, dark color. Since oxidation is a surface level treatment, it will slowly start to wear off over time. If at any point you would like to have one of your oxidized sterling silver Emily Claire purchases re-oxidzed, we offer this service for a $15 charge. Jewelry Care
To limit the tarnishing of sterling silver, it is helpful to keep jewelry sealed in a plastic bag. To remove tarnish, gently rub the piece with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Payment Terms
Emily Claire accepts credit cards, as well as checks or money orders. All orders will be filled after the payment has been processed.

Return Policy
Emily Claire does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Claims
Claims of errors or jewelry defects must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please email customerservice@emilyclairedesigns.com to obtain a claim authorization number.

All Emily Claire orders are shipped USPS at a flat rate of $8.00. Each Emily Claire piece is handmade to order. Once your payment has been processed, your order will ship within 14 business days. Any changes in shipping time will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible. Emily Claire is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
